Questions about the packages
Do I still need my own accountant?
Not necessarily. On Asistido we assign you an accountant who keeps your books inside EasyKonta. If you already have one, invite them to your company with the Accountant role and work together in the same system.
What does the dedicated accountant do?
They record and review what happens each month: received documents, bank, collections and payments. They reconcile, close the month and prepare your tax-return figures. You invoice and answer their questions from your phone.
Can I see my company's numbers without being an accountant?
Yes. With the Client role you get the Overview: cash in the bank, this month's sales and expenses, profit for the year, what you're owed and what you owe, and who owes you the most. It works on your phone and your laptop, and it's read-only: your accountant records the data.
What does the legal side of Deluxe include?
Support from the practice of Jonathan E. Orozco, coordinated with your accountant. The scope of the legal service is agreed with you when you sign up; EasyKonta is the software where both work from the same information.
