Who we are

EasyKonta is accounting and e-invoicing software for Costa Rica. This notice explains what data this website (easykonta.com) collects and what we do with it. Use of the application (app.easykonta.com) is also governed by its own terms.

What we collect

If you write to us through the contact form: your name, email, phone and company (both optional), your profile and your message.

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation happens on WhatsApp, under that service's terms.

Aggregated, anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights), without cookies.

Why we use it

Only to answer your question and tell you about EasyKonta. We don't sell or hand over your data.

Who we share it with

The providers that run this site: Vercel (hosting and statistics), Resend (delivering the email with your message) and, when enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile (protection against automated submissions).

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need it to answer and follow up.

Your rights

Under Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data by messaging us on WhatsApp at +506 8703 9744.
